How to Repair DBISAM Error 12035: The Table Entry Segment Is Not the Correct Version

The DBISAM error message 12035: "The Table Entry Segment is Not the Correct Version" in Resource Mate, a library or school resource software package, occurs when your antivirus software's real-time virus protection interferes with the compiling of a database. Real-time virus protection alerts you when viruses, spyware or other potentially unwanted software attempts to install on your computer. Resource Mate requires continuous access to files, so real-time virus protection slows down the read and write process. Turn off real-time protection to remove future error messages.

Instructions

    1

Right-click your antivirus software suite in the Windows Notification Area and click "Open" from the drop-down menu. Your antivirus software's main window displays.

    2

Click the "Settings" tab and the "Real-time protection" heading in the left pane.

    3

Click the "Turn on real-time protection (recommended)" check box, if checked, to turn off real-time protection.

    4

Click the "Save Changes" button to apply the settings. Close your antivirus program.
